Exchange & Return Policy

At Vendi Puff, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, our Exchange and Return Policy allows for returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase under the following terms:

 

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used vaping products

  • E-liquids or consumables

  • Gift cards

  • No refunds or exchanges on bundle deals or sample packs that are partially returned or opened

 

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@vendipuff.com to request a return authorization.

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label, if applicable.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days minus a %15 restocking fee. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.

 

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product or a different one, please contact us to initiate the exchange process. You may be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the new item. You will be responsible for the remaining amount of an item that is not of equal value.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Please immediately take a picture of the damaged products and the invoice included in order and email to a member of customer support at support@vendipuff.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

 

Changes to the Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Exchange and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
